Go Pass Par docks,lights at railway line go under the railway bridge then head towards Par market.
I have seen dogging and enjoyed encounters there...

Carpark is First on Left after lights/bridge. Drive in and to the Left in the corner near the trees You can even go in through the trees.Enought parking on the Left for 8-10 cars.M
